Presently, our primary services include:

(2) Proxy Shopping- in process, locally recognized as Pasabuy.

What items do you sell in AVIOR?

We offer a diverse range of secondhand goods, including clothing, bags, shoes.
Our inventory is constantly updated with unique finds.

Do you have a physical store or is it online-only?

Presently, our operations are exclusively conducted through our e-commerce platform, and we do not currently maintain a physical retail presence.

Are you a DTI registered business?

Yes, please send a message for us to send you our registration certificate.

Are the items in good condition?

Yes, we carefully curate our selection to ensure all items meet high-quality standards. We inspect, clean, and, if necessary, refurbish products before placing them on our shop.

If the items are within C-D rank, we usually put this up on sale. 

What is Avior's pricing based on?

Given the increasing prominence of vintage bags in recent years, their prices have surged, making them challenging to locate and curate.

Consequently, Avior's pricing strategy is meticulously crafted, taking into account a range of factors.

Our pricing structure not only reflects the intrinsic product cost but also incorporates international shipping coverage, ensuring transparency by encompassing customs duties and handling fees especially given that our items are sourced from legitimate international channels.

Our inventory is regularly updated as new items arrive.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts or reseller discounts?

As each item in our store is thoughtfully curated and selected individually, we currently do not offer wholesale or bulk discounts.

Do you offer layaway on the items? 

Yes, for a period of 25 days. A downpayment will be made for 40% of the price.

The item will only be turned over once its fully paid.

Is there a return policy for secondhand items?

We do not offer returns on vintage items. However, we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect items before purchase. If you have any concerns, our staff is here to assist you. 

Rest assured that our items are supplied from authentic shops that adhere to ACTA and others. 

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we provide delivery services for a nominal fee.

Are all items up for bidding?

A portion of our items is available for bidding.

If an item isn't part of the auction, anyone can place an order hassle-free!

How to place a bid

  1. Login/Register: Create or sign in to your account.
  2. Find Item: Locate the item you want to bid on.
  3. Place Bid: Enter your bid amount.
  4. Confirm: Review and confirm your bid.
  5. Monitor: Keep an eye on the auction for updates.

How do I increase my maximum bid value?

It is suggested to refresh your page occasionally to stay in the loop on the item's latest status.

If you wish to increase your maximum bid after having placed your bid through our system, you can do so by going to the bidding page and updating your maximum bid value.

What is a “buyout price”?

Customers have the option to purchase the product at a set price if they choose not to participate in the auction.

Once the buyout price is attained by one of the customers, the status of the item is considered sold.

Please refresh your page when bidding to check if the items are still available or another bid is placed.

What is “popcorn bidding”?

To foster a fair and competitive bidding process, our system incorporates a feature designed to give bidders an opportunity for reconsideration and the ability to submit new bids. The mechanism operates as follows:

  1. During the last XXX minutes of the auction, if a bid is entered, an automatic extension of XXX minutes is triggered. This extension is calculated from the original end time of the auction.
  2. The purpose behind this extension is to create a conducive environment for bidders to counter and surpass existing bids. By encouraging active participation, we aim to cultivate a dynamic and robust auction atmosphere.
  3. The time extension remains active as long as new bids are continuously placed within the additional XXX period. With each new bid, the closing time is further pushed forward by an additional XXX minutes from the time of that particular bid.
  4. However, should no new bids be received within the extended xxx-minute period, the auction concludes and is officially deemed expired or concluded. This meticulous process ensures transparency and fairness throughout the bidding experience.

Are there tendencies that there are rejected bids?

Yes, there can be cases of rejected bids once the reserved price on the system is not met. The system automatically rejects the bid after the bidding period.

We have no control over rejected bids on the system.

What is early termination of an auction?

When creating the auction, Avior may mark the auction as open for Early Termination, it may be possible to end the auction early. 

It is best to place the bids earlier to refrain from missing preferred bids.

How is the auction winner declared?

An email will be sent out to declare the winner or maximum bidder.

Auction winner is the customer who bids for the buyout price or placed the maximum bid within the timeframe.

Only the winner and maximum amount bidder is eligible to checkout the item as it is displaced on their cart for checkout.

Payment Options

As of the moment we only have our BDO account to receive bank payment.


If you are paying via e-wallet(maya, gcash, grabpay), our payment instruction is provided as to the details.

Can I use multiple payment methods for a single purchase?

Unfortunately, we currently only accept one payment method per transaction. Please choose your preferred payment method during checkout.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please double-check your payment details, ensure sufficient funds, or contact your bank.

Alternatively, you can use a different payment method to complete your purchase.

Do you accept Layaway?

What is layaway, and how does it work?

Layaway is a purchasing option that allows customers to reserve an item with a deposit and make periodic payments until the full purchase price is paid. Once the full payment is received, the item is released to the customer.

How do I start a layaway plan?

To start a layaway plan, select the "layaway" option during checkout. You will typically need to pay a deposit upfront, and the remaining balance can be paid in installments over an agreed-upon period.

Are there any fees or interest charges for layaway plans?

Layaway plans may involve a service fee or a small percentage of the total purchase price.

However, there is typically no interest charged. Check our layaway policy for specific details.

What happens to my order in case of non-payment for the time period?

Avior offers an additional one-hour grace period for item payment on top of the specified duration.

If payment is not received within that period, the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.

For regular orders, the item will be restocked and made available for purchase again in our website.

What are your delivery options?

Currently, we recommend using LBC or JNT as our preferred shipping options.

If you have a preferred shipper, feel free to let us know.

What are our responsibilities after shipment?

After the item has been shipped, our responsibility for the item concludes.

Any potential issues or concerns arising after the shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. The shipper/courier will be responsible of any circumstance thereafter.
